This unit is designed for those customers limited to a 240v supply but requiring a performance more than our standard 12 lpm at 100 Bar.  It is mounted on a robust skid frame and combines the power of two pumps and motors (8.5 lpm at 150 Bar each) to give an impressive performance of 17 lpm at 150 Bar.  As it is suction feed this also eliminates any water supply issues.  –  This unit requires a minimum of two separate 13 Amp supplies.  –  Dimensions : 40cm H x 63cm W x 63cm L

Following a period of careful analysis and changes to procedures, we are proud to announce that we have achieved a significant reduction in general waste at Station Factory.    Dirt Driver Ltd. now recycles approximately 94% of its waste including paper, card, plastics, steel, wood and all forms of packaging.    This excellent result has been possible because of the commitment and effort shown by all staff.

Our new PTO Tractor Driven Cold Water High Pressure Washer runs at 540 Rpm only.  It is fitted with our Hawk Pump & a Gearbox which runs the pump at 1450 Rpm giving 250 Bar at 25 Lpm.  This means that the tractor is only running at 540 Rpm as opposed to 1000 Rpm leading to considerable fuel saving and less wear giving longer life to the pump.  

The latest Dirt Driver Custom Build was a 350 Bar, 17 Lpm Hot & Cold Diesel Driven Skid Unit with a 500 Litre Water Tank for cleaning Ship Bilges. The Unit included a Skid Mounted Purpose Built Frame – 100M Stainless Steel High Pressure Hose Reel – 30M Inlet Hose Reel. The engine used was a 4 Cylinder Water Cooled Diesel and was fitted to a 3 Plunger Hawk Pump and 12V DC Controlled Stainless Steel Jacketed Heating Coil.
